Javier Garcia is an experienced project developer with a robust background in housing development and project management. Currently serving as a Project Developer at Champlain Housing Trust since June 2021, Javier previously held roles such as Project Manager at Tapestry Development Group and Senior Associate at NPAG. Javier's extensive experience also includes property development management at Quest Community Development Organization and program direction at Community Ventures, where responsibilities encompassed preparing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications and managing relationships with various housing development entities.
