Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen is a seasoned project developer at Eden Housing, Inc., with a robust background in urban planning acquired over 15 years in various roles within the City of Lafayette, California. Beginning as a planning intern, Sarah progressed through ranks to serve as Assistant Planning Director, leading significant long-range planning initiatives and environmental compliance efforts. Responsibilities included administering the City’s General Plan, reviewing complex development projects, and collaborating with public and private stakeholders on land use policies. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento.
