Eric Ode is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and operations. Currently serving as Partner, President, and Chief Operating Officer at Champlain Investment Partners, LLC since January 2014, Eric has also held the role of Partner and Chief Financial Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Eric was Vice President at Great Hill Partners from August 2013 to January 2014, and gained valuable experience as an Associate at The Carlyle Group from July 2009 to July 2011. Starting a career as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston from July 2007 to June 2009, Eric holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
