Shem Lehmann began their career in 2014 as a Software Test Engineer for Champs Software. Prior to this, they worked for the United States Postal Service from 2004-2005 as a Mail Carrier. During this time, they were hired for a temporary position and was not able to take the Postal Exam. Shem then returned to Florida.

Shem Lehmann graduated from Tampa Bay Technical in 1998 with a degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
