Eric Furspan

Eric Furspan has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Eric began their career as a Crew Member at Dunkin Donuts in 2007. In 2013, they became a Web Development Intern at New York Life Insurance Company, where they built web pages for clients, performed regression testing, compiled documentation, and participated in design and development meetings. In 2015, they took on the role of Installation Technician at California Closets, where they installed custom closetry, garages, and office systems for clients across the bay area. In 2016, they became a Senior Web Services Integrator at Compass Analytics, LLC, where they led scripting initiatives for expanding integrations with industry APIs & web services, designed and automated workflows, and collaborated with various internal teams. In 2019, they became a Full Stack Engineer at Cloud Optik. Currently, they are a Software Engineer II at CHAMPtitles and a Developer at Reflexions.

Eric Furspan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2010 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained certifications in Javascript Bootcamp, Javascript: Understanding the Weird Parts, and Learn and Understand NodeJS from Udemy. In 2018, they completed a Full Stack Web Development program from Thinkful. Prior to that, Eric attended Clarkstown North Senior High School from 2006 to 2010. Eric also has a certification in Shaping up with Angular.js from Code School.
