Elizabeth Nave

Elizabeth Nave, SHRM CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Network since October 2024. Previously, Elizabeth was an HR Business Partner at Nexleaf Analytics, where a performance and rewards framework was established to enhance performance management and retention while implementing organizational ladders for role clarity. Elizabeth also contributed to Nexleaf Analytics as a People Operations Generalist, facilitating recruitment and developing programs for a remote workforce. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth held various event coordination roles at Hornblower Cruises and Events, culminating as Senior Event Coordinator, managing events, vendor relationships, and a team of coordinators. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University.
