Jason Chelliah

Jason Chelliah is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical direction across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since December 2021, Jason manages a 14-member team focused on the Along product. Prior roles include Engineering Manager positions at 23andMe, where responsibilities encompassed in-app growth and platform management, as well as a Senior Director of Engineering at Salon Media Group, Inc., where notable achievements included significantly enhancing site uptime. Jason's background also includes software engineering roles at several companies, including General Electric and WhiteHat Security, alongside instructional work at AcademyX Computer Training.
