Kandarp Khandwala

Kandarp Khandwala is a UX Researcher currently working at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since July 2022, specializing in Science. Previously, Kandarp held positions at MathWorks as a UX Researcher for Online Products and Technical Computing, and served as a Student Researcher at the UCSD Design Lab, focusing on user-centered systems for programming education. Experience includes a Developer UX Research Internship at Google, and a HCI Teaching Assistant role at the University of California San Diego. Early career includes a Research Internship at Adobe Technology Labs, contributing to data visualizations for e-commerce insights. Kandarp holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a notable academic achievement of ranking 13th in the IIT Joint Entrance Exam.
