Racheal O. Ilesanmi has diverse work experience in the healthcare and community health sectors. Racheal O. started their career as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Ondo state local government, where they conducted inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Racheal O. then worked as a Community Health Educator at Ekiti state ministry of health, where they assessed health needs and developed programs to educate communities about health topics. Racheal later joined Murrayhighland Memory Care LLC as a Resident Care Coordinator, where they provided direct supervision to care staff, recruited and hired new employees, and managed resident records. Racheal O. then moved on to MURRAY HIGHLAND MEMORY CARE, LLC as an Assistant Administrator. Currently, Racheal is working as an Executive Director at Chancellor Health Care.

Racheal O. Ilesanmi obtained a Master's Degree in Public Health from The University of Salford, which they attended from 2013 to 2015.
