Phil Price

Phil Price currently serves as the Head of FP&A (Interim) at Chancerygate, having transitioned into this role in August 2025. Prior experience includes a three-year tenure as Senior Commercial Analyst - Development at Hammerson, where financial modeling and analysis were conducted for development opportunities representing £6bn GDV across the UK and Ireland. Phil Price also held positions as Associate at Arca Blanca, Senior Project Manager at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, and Strategic Operations Manager at both EcoWorld London and Be Living Ltd. Earlier career milestones include an MBA Pathways Summer Internship at Amazon UK, a Design Engineer role at BuroHappold Engineering, and significant contributions as a Design Engineer at Price & Myers. Phil Price began a military career as a Captain in the REME of the British Army, overseeing the welfare and development of technical soldiers.
