Garrett Mills

Garrett Mills is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and finance. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Uncommon Brands since 2024, Mills has held senior leadership positions including Senior Director at Peak Franchise Capital and President and CEO of Chandler Hospitality Group. Additional experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs in investment management and ownership of a Pure Barre franchise. Mills’ professional journey also features a successful career as a professional athlete in the National Football League, where notable tenures include the New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings, and Philadelphia Eagles. Academically, Mills earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa.
