Steven Kocon

Steven Kocon is an experienced quality engineer and manager with a strong background in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Manager at Chandler Industries since February 2017, Steven has demonstrated expertise in managing quality processes. Previously, at WSI Industries, Inc., Steven held the position of Quality Manager from August 2015 to February 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Division Manager at Kurt Manufacturing Company from September 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the Die Cast division and driving business growth through automation and lean initiatives. Earlier roles also featured positions as Quality Manager in both the Orthopedic Division at rms Company and TCR Engineered Components, LLC. Steven earned an Associate's Degree in Tool & Die from St. Paul Technical between 1980 and 1982.
