Director of Accountability & Assessment at Chandler Unified School District

Adam Sax is the current Director of Accountability & Assessment at Chandler Unified School District. Prior to this, they were the Administrator for Integration of Teaching, Learning and Technology at Antioch School District 34 from 2006 to 2021. In this role, they directed the Technology Department and all Technology Project Management, implemented the district’s Strategic Plan, managed and sustained a $1.35 million technology budget, leveraged technology throughout the district, analyzed and managed district and school data, planned and coordinated district-wide assessments, supervised PBIS district-wide, established the district’s social media plan and policy, collaborated with all district stakeholders, and implemented and supervised Project Lead the Way (STEM).

Adam Sax graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Adam then went on to Benedictine University Graduate, Adult and Professional Education to earn their Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General.

They work with Stephanie Howell - Director of Community Education, Jennifer Fletcher - Executive Director of Accountability, Assessment & Research, and Tom Dunn - Director of Construction. Adam Sax reports to Franklin R. Narducci, Superintendent.
