Alby Yeo (IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP) is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific at CHANEL. With extensive experience at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, Alby held multiple leadership roles, including Lead for Regional HR Strategic Projects and Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing employee experience and digital HR initiatives. Previous positions also include managerial roles at Singtel, focusing on future of work and talent acquisition, as well as a management consultant role at Accenture. Alby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a major in Economics from the National University of Singapore, complemented by another Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University.
