Jeryd Soh

Jeryd Soh is a seasoned professional in organisational development and human resources with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at CHANEL since April 2021, Jeryd focuses on stakeholder engagement, strategic HR planning, and process optimisation to drive transformative HR initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Jeryd held positions such as Senior Change Management Specialist at Borouge and Senior Assistant Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, leading significant organisational projects and change management efforts. Jeryd's earlier experiences include roles in organisational learning, project management for the Singapore Youth Olympics, and collaboration with various governmental agencies, all contributing to a robust skill set in managing people and processes effectively. Jeryd holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Engineering Informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
