Leena Nair

Leena Nair is the Global Chief Executive Officer at CHANEL since January 2022. Prior to this role, Leena served as a Non-Executive Board Member at BT and held various leadership positions at Unilever, including Chief Human Resources Officer. Leena is also a Board Trustee at The Leverhulme Trust and an Advisor of the International Council at Università Bocconi. Additionally, Leena is a Steering Committee member at the World Economic Forum and has been actively involved in various initiatives related to education, gender, work, and the new social contract. Leena holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
