Nathalie Dastbaz

Nathalie Dastbaz has over two decades of experience in formulation and project management within the cosmetics and personal care industries. Since June 2009, Nathalie Dastbaz has held various roles at CHANEL, including Responsable Projets Formulation Inno Make Up and Responsable Projets Formulation Teint, alongside responsibilities for laboratory qualification and prospective skincare formulation. Prior to CHANEL, Nathalie Dastbaz worked at Colgate Palmolive from September 2001 to June 2009, where responsibilities included formulation for personal hygiene and household cleaning products. Earlier experience includes a role as Ingénieur R&D at Bayer from June 1999 to August 2001, focusing on the formulation of polyurethane resins. Nathalie Dastbaz holds a degree from ECPM Ecole européenne de chimie polymères et matériaux de Strasbourg.
