Tom Leggett

Tom Leggett is an experienced leader in Intelligent Automation, currently serving as the Head of Intelligent Automation & Architecture and Head of Automation & Low-code at CHANEL since July 2023. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Associate Partner and Head of Intelligent Automation Advisory at Wipro Limited from January 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included reimagining business processes, developing digital strategies, and establishing Centres of Excellence for Intelligent Automation. Tom also led the Intelligent Automation Business Unit at Reply in the UK from April 2010 to December 2020, overseeing strategy, delivery, and business development in RPA and AI. Tom's educational background includes a degree from Durham University and the Reply Management Programme at ESCP Business School.
