Mohasin Zaki Syed

Mohasin Zaki Syed is a technology executive with extensive experience in the field of operations and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of Core Operations Technology and Head of Conversational Artificial Intelligence and Customer Care Platforms at Citi, Mohasin has previously held significant positions at Verizon as Associate Technical Director, Delivery Head for New Product Development, Senior Project Manager, and Technical Manager. Earlier in the career, Mohasin worked at Wipro Technologies as Project Leader and Senior Software Engineer. Educationally, Mohasin Zaki Syed obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation and Process Control from the University of Madras, completing the degree between 1996 and 2000.
