Yuan Cao

Yuan (Yuna) Cao, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Boutique at Chanel (China) Co. Ltd since August 2020, excels in inspiring and managing boutique teams to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high brand image standards. Prior experience includes serving as Store Leader & City Manager for Tesla in Greater China, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and staff training. Yuan has also held managerial positions at Apple and The Walt Disney Company-CHINA, focusing on team leadership and operational management. Earlier roles as Center Manager for EF Education First and Sales Manager at New Dynamic Institute emphasized sales performance and customer service delivery. Yuan holds a Master of Business Administration in Luxury Management from Sup de Luxe and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Wuhan University.
