Dan Yip has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Fermentation Scientist at Change Foods since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microbes BioSciences, Inc. from 2017 to 2022, where they served as a Microbial Production Manager and then as a Research Scientist, specializing in microbiology. In 2014 to 2015, Dan pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Microbiology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, in 2011 to 2012, they studied Chinese Language at Fudan University.
