Jack Graham

Jack Graham currently serves as the Co-Chair of the LGBT+ staff forum and Recovery Coordinator at Change Grow Live, since October 2021, where responsibilities include co-facilitating the forum, championing equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and supporting individuals on their recovery journeys through various psychosocial interventions. Prior experience includes roles at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, encompassing positions as a Nurse bank, LGBT+ Network Lead, and Support Worker. Jack holds a Certificate of Higher Education in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Northumbria University.
