Louise Baker

Louise Baker is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in the health and social care sectors, currently serving as HR Manager at Change Grow Live since August 2016. Prior roles include HR Advisor at Change Grow Live and various positions at CRI - Crime Reduction Initiatives, where responsibilities ranged from Trainee HR Advisor to leading HR operations and managing substance misuse services. Early career experiences include roles at Victim Support and the Youth Offending Team. Louise holds a BSc Hons in Forensic Psychology from the University of Lancashire, as well as further qualifications in HR and health and social care.
