Andy has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior management roles at Synchrony Financial, J.P. Morgan, and IBM Global Business Services. Andy has also served as a senior management consultant at PwC Consulting. Tuckett has a passion for helping people improve their financial wellbeing and is a strong advocate for financial inclusion. Andy has been instrumental in Change Machine's growth and expansion, helping to launch new programs and secure funding from major donors. Under their leadership, Change Machine has helped thousands of low-income workers gain access to quality financial products and services and build lasting financial security.

Andy Tuckett has a BA Hons in Mathmatical Economics from the University of Exeter and a Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Liège. Andy is also certified from ICAEW in CPA.
