Raul De La O

Raul joined Change Machine in July of 2019 as Manager of Service Delivery for the national programs team. In this role, he is responsible for providing education and support to increase organizational capacity, and is one of the financial coaches available to provide financial coaching in both English and Spanish.

Previous to Change Machine, Raul worked at the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation where he was instrumental in establishing the financial literacy programs, led the VITA program, and provided financial coaching to more than 250 people. He has participated in multiple research studies, including a study regarding Latina’s views toward retirement plans and healthcare for the elderly.

In 2014, Raul was recognized by the City of Los Angeles for his previous grassroots work with the undocumented community in the San Fernando Valley, CA.
