Allie Shulman

Allie Shulman is an experienced professional in People Operations and Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Change.org since September 2021. Prior roles include People Operations Manager at Change.org, Human Resources Advisor at DojoMojo, and Senior People Operations Manager at The Wing. Allie began a career in HR at Sofar Sounds as People & Culture Manager and also held the position of Global Volunteer Lead. Earlier experience includes Business Development Manager at Onward Search, as well as Director of Creative & Digital and Staffing Manager at The Execu|Search Group. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Longwood University, obtained in 2013.
