Kimberly Kay currently serves as the Global Director of Marketing Operations at Change.org, leading the brand's marketing strategy and driving user engagement across various channels for a user base of 203 million. With a strong background in digital marketing, Kimberly has also held positions at Amnesty International UK, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-channel growth and retention strategies. Earlier experiences include roles in fundraising and community management at Inspired Adventures, as well as digital marketing focused positions at Street Press Australia and Captain Video Productions. Kimberly holds a degree in Communications in Writing and Cultural Studies from the University of Technology Sydney and achieved an ATAR of 92.4 during studies at Woolooware High School.
