Nicole Bare

President & CEO at Change Research

Nicole Bare is the current President & CEO at Change Research. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of New Media at Strategies 360 from July 2013 to October 2019. In this role, Nicole was responsible for heading up accounts with a strong new media component and leading the execution of new media communications campaigns.

Before their time at Strategies 360, Nicole was an Archive Intern at Idaho State Archives from August 2012 to January 2013. During their time there, they used archival practices to arrange and describe a collection of papers measuring 25 cubic feet. Nicole also created a finding aid spreadsheet which could be sorted in various ways to allow a researcher to locate specific items within the collection.

From January 2013 to March 2013, Nicole served as a Legislative Research Intern at Idaho State Senate Minority Offices.

Nicole Bare has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Boise State University. Nicole also has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and Spanish from Boise State University.
