Director Of Growth at Change Research

Sara Angella has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Growth at Change Research. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Business Development at Change Research and Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Deck. Sara also has experience as the Interim Executive Director at Blue Voter Project. Earlier in their career, Sara worked as the National Director of Outreach at Rideshare2Vote, where they successfully increased voter turnout and developed national and state strategies. Sara also served as the Director of Communications and Engagement at the North Carolina General Assembly, where they developed communication plans and facilitated citizen engagement. Sara has additional experience in campaign management, volunteer integration, project consultation, and executive assistant roles. Sara began their professional journey as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sara Angella holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University, which they completed in 2010. In 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, which they completed in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they furthered their education at The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS), earning a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies. In 2017, they enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Religion/Religious Studies in 2018.
