Buddhika Nanayakkara

Buddhika Nanayakkara is a seasoned Functional Consultant at Change8 since February 2024, previously serving as a Team Leader and Senior Lead Consultant for Business Applications at IFS from November 2015 to December 2023. Buddhika provided leadership to a globally distributed Business Analysts team and collaborated with customers and partners to align business needs with IFS products. Responsibilities included developing functional and technical solutions, overseeing resource allocation, conducting customer training, and collaborating with R&D on application design. Prior experience includes roles as an Accounting & Finance Consultant at JadoPado and Financial Analyst at Guardian Fund Management Ltd. Buddhika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has completed additional training from the CFA Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
