Lavanya R

Lavanya R has a solid work experience with a focus on human resources. Lavanya is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at ChangeCX since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Digiclarity Global Solutions Pvt Ltd from February 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Lead at PSRTEK Inc from April 2019 to September 2021.

In their earlier career, Lavanya worked at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited as a Lead HR from April 2017 to October 2018 and as a Senior Recruiter from November 2014 to March 2017.
