Thomas H. has a diverse work experience in the field of front-end development. Thomas started their career as a Front End Developer (contract) at Channel 4 in 2008, where they provided HTML, CSS, and jQuery plugins for the new Channel 4 website. Thomas then worked at ScanSafe as a Senior Front End Developer from 2009 to 2010.
In 2010, they joined Autoquake as a Senior Developer, where they played a key role in the agile end-to-end e-commerce website development using various technologies such as jQuery, Tiles, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Java, Groovy, Grails, and MySQL. In 2012, Thomas joined Twitter as a Software Engineer and stayed there until 2015. Thomas then moved to MOO in 2018, where they worked as a Senior Frontend Developer until 2020.
Most recently, Thomas worked at Sensyne Health from 2020 to 2022 as a Senior Front-end Engineer. In this role, they led front-end development efforts, acted as a line manager, and led a team. Thomas was involved in rapid green-field development of B2B admin portals using React, TypeScript, and Next.js to support remote monitoring and COVID testing offerings.
Currently, Thomas H. is working as a Senior Front-End Engineer at ChangeEngine, starting in February 2023.
From 1996 to 1998, Thomas H. attended the University of Sussex, where they studied Artificial Intelligence & Computer Science without obtaining a degree.
