Tina Yuen

Tina Yuen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tina started their career as a Staff Pharmacist at UCSF Medical Center in 2003 and later became a Medication Control Auditor. In 2009, they interned at the Natural Resources Defense Council and Human Impact Partners while pursuing their graduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2011, Tina served as an Environmental Public Health Fellow at the US Environmental Protection Agency before joining NACCHO as a Senior Program Analyst in 2013. In 2015, they ventured into self-employment as an Independent Consultant and also worked as a Senior Planner/Designer at Raimi + Associates. Since 2017, Tina has been working at ChangeLab Solutions in various roles, including Managing Director of Policy and Senior Planner.

Tina Yuen has a diverse education history. In 2010-2011, they attended the University of California, Berkeley where they earned a Masters of City Planning degree with a focus on land use planning, community, and economic development. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Masters of Public Health degree from the same university, specializing in environmental health sciences. Additionally, Tina has a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, although the specific years of attendance are unknown.

Furthermore, Tina has obtained a certification in Public Health. In February 2013, they became a Certified in Public Health (CPH) after successfully completing the examination administered by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).
