Sonja Lengnick

Sonja Lengnick is the current Director at Lighthouse. Sonja has over 25 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer. Prior to their current position, Ms. Lengnick was a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP from September 1997 to April 2004. Her practice focused on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Ms. Lengnick also served as an Associate at Sidley Austin from September 1995 to July 1997.

Sonja Lengnick received their JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, their MA in Social Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and their BA in Psychology from Williams College. Sonja also attended Adrian High School.
