Michael O'Boyle

Michael O'Boyle is a seasoned professional in change management and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Adoption & Change Management Consultant at Changing Social since April 2024. With over a decade of experience at GlobalFoundries, Michael held various leadership roles, including Information Technology Organizational Change Manager Lead, where the focus was on managing change plans amid company growth. Previous positions at GlobalFoundries included Information Technology Communications Manager and various management roles in IT Concierge, where Michael was instrumental in providing high-level support for executive teams. Earlier experience includes a tenure at nfrastructure as a US IT Executive Concierge Engineer and Solution Engineer, along with sales roles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Communication from the University at Albany and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Rockland Community College.
