Rebecca Sinclair

Rebecca Sinclair has had a diverse range of work experiences. Rebecca is currently an Alternate Non-Executive Director at Channel 3 Consulting since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at WestBridge LLP as an Investment Manager and Investment Executive from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at HSBC including Manager, Middle Market Financial Sponsors, Graduate Analyst, and Analyst. Before that, they worked at CQS for a brief period in 2014. Rebecca also gained valuable experience during their time at Durham University, where they held roles such as JCR Treasurer and Executive Committee Member for various organizations. In addition, they worked as a Summer Intern at HSBC and participated in the Spring Insight Programme at JPMorgan Chase. Rebecca's work experience showcases their talent and expertise in finance, investment, and management.

Rebecca Sinclair began their education at Blackheath High School in London, where they completed their secondary education from 1997 to 2011. After that, they attended Durham University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology. In 2015, they enrolled at The London Institute of Banking & Finance and completed a Diploma in Banking Practice and Management by 2016. Additionally, Sinclair undertook further education at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Certificate in Corporate Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance.
