Mikael Keremes

Mikael Keremes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Controller at Channel Factory since April 2024, Mikael has previously worked as Controller at MadHive and Financial Controller at tcc global, managing finance, accounting, HR, tax, treasury, and legal functions for U.S. entities. Mikael's career includes significant positions at Exusia, Inc., where Mikael contributed to financial controls and compliance in multiple regions, as well as roles at Powa Technologies, Major League Baseball Advanced Media, and Bank of New York Mellon, gaining expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and operations management. Mikael holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from Saint Peter's University.
