Yasent Oliver

Born and raised in Kodiak, Yasent received his bachelor’s in Cinema Studies & Moving Image Arts from the University of Colorado in the spring of 2022. He came to Anchorage the following fall to join the Channel Films team, fresh from captaining a tender in Bristol Bay, bringing a passion for authentically Alaskan filmmaking.
