Senior Content Strategist at Channel Key

Robert Aquavia has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Robert started their career in 2002 at Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc., where they provided utilization review support and offered telephone support to clinicians. In 2004, they joined Zappos.com and worked their way up from Product Coordinator to Team Leader to Apparel Content Manager. In this role, they managed merchandising, oversaw quality assurance, developed relationships with stakeholders, and established processes and policies. Aquavia then joined Viator in 2016 as a Supplier Support, where they reviewed and published tour and activity products, developed strategies to improve efficiency, and provided operational support. Robert moved to Fanatics, Inc. in 2017 as a Product Content Marketing - Copywriter/Auditor, creating engaging product copy and completing product descriptions. Aquavia joined Channel Key, LLC in 2019 as a Content Strategist before being promoted to Senior Content Strategist in 2021. In this position, they developed a strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, managed multiple projects, and demonstrated presentation skills. Robert also served as an On-boarding Manager, guiding clients through the initial process and developing operational frameworks and company policies.

Robert Aquavia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from James Madison University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Holy Cross High School from 1994 to 1997, but no degree or field of study information was provided for this period. Robert also received the Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in February 2017, and the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in January 2017 and January 2016.
