Dorothy Lee has worked in various roles since 2015. Dorothy began their career as a Receptionist/PA/Sales Support at BCP Asset Management, where they were responsible for managing the switchboard, booking in new sales leads, managing correspondence between the sales team and their clients, and other administrative tasks. In 2016, they moved to TimePoint as a Customer Support Representative, where they supported clients with queries/issues related to their local, hosted or cloud software or hardware, and was responsible for general database and server performance analysis. In 2018, they joined EDConnect, Department of Education NSW, as an HR Customer Support Officer, responsible for providing initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR, recruitment and HR SAP related enquiries within a Shared Service Centre call centre environment. Most recently, in 2020, Dorothy began working as a Software Developer at Channel Mechanics.
