Ashley Cogliano

Ashley Cogliano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ashley started their career at All American Ford & Subaru in 2009, working in customer service until 2011. In 2014, they joined ComplyFirst, where they served as the U.S Marshals Service Compliance and Medical personnel. Their responsibilities included auditing and finalizing physical examinations for The United States Marshals Service, as well as scheduling appointments for annual and applicant physicals. In 2015, Ashley joined Channel Methods as the Manager of Human Resources & Development. Ashley then progressed to become the Executive Director, H.R and Operations, before eventually being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021.

Ashley Cogliano holds a Master's Degree in Employment Relations & Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Labor Relations from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
