Grace Boswood

Grace Boswood has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Grace'smost recent position was as the Director of Technology at Channel 4, a role they began in September 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at the BBC, including COO of BBC Design + Engineering from August 2015 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for strategic projects and played a key role in shaping the culture of the division. Grace also managed a team of editorial staff and incubated new functions. Before their time at the BBC, Boswood worked as a Consultant at Human Capital, a boutique strategy and research consultancy, from August 2005 to June 2009. During this time, they developed a core consultancy toolkit and gained a broad understanding of the media environment. Grace also worked at Ingenious Media as a Consultant from 2005 to 2009.

Grace Boswood attended the University of Cambridge from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an MA (Hons) degree in Natural Sciences.
