Ray Lartey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery across various organizations. With a career spanning from technical support roles at Cranfield University and Blue Square to managerial positions at Towergate Insurance and Direct Line Group, Ray has demonstrated expertise in ITIL environments, supplier relationship management, and incident management, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
