Renay de Pear

Renay de Pear has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Renay most recently worked at Channel 4 as a Production Lead and previously served as a Freelance Senior Production Lead and Project Manager. Prior to that, they were a Freelance Partnerships Director at mSix&Partners. Renay also worked at DriveTribe by Clarkson, Hammond and May as a Tribe IQ Partnerships. Renay held the position of Brand Integration and Partnerships Director at Movie Mogul, Inc and worked as a Brand Partnerships consultant. Renay was also a Brand Partnerships Manager at Fremantle, where they collaborated with various partners and internal teams. Renay began their career at ITV, where they held roles such as Partnership Activation Manager, Creative Manager, and Creative Account Manager. Renay's early work experience includes working as an Assistant Director in the freelance capacity.

Renay de Pear obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Production from the University of Lincoln between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, between 1993 and 2000, they attended Bancrofts School.
