Rob Titlow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and project consultancy. Currently serving as Workplace Manager at Databricks since May 2022, Rob leads the REW Operations for the Benelux, Nordics, France, and The Middle East regions, focusing on enhancing employee experiences. As a Principal Consultant at Bertrum Weasel, Rob specializes as a Project Manager and Change Professional while contributing as an Associate for the Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit. Additional roles include Community Ambassador for Channel 4, volunteer for Touchstone Support, and previous positions in workplace project management with organizations such as StepChange Debt Charity and Leeds Building Society.
