Allen Stephens

Allen Stephens is a seasoned professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Sr. EHS Manager at Channell since April 2022, Allen has held previous positions including EHS Manager and EHS Specialist at Dal-Tile Corporation, and EHS Manager at PECOFacet. Earlier roles at PACCAR included Safety Supervisor and Unit Manager at Peterbilt Denton, as well as assembly and specialist duties. Allen began a career in safety with a Loss Control Representative position at Reliable Reports and entrepreneurial ventures as the owner of Sit Means Sit of Frisco. The foundational experience also includes a role as a Claims Generalist at Progressive Insurance. Allen holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
