Leonard Grose

Leonard Grose is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, investor relations, hospitality, and operations within the wine industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Channell since June 2022, Leonard previously held various positions including Investor Relations at PARADYME, Director of Hospitality at Temecula Valley Winery Management, and Director of Winery Operations at Europa Village. Leonard also has experience as Events Manager/Tour Guide at Miramonte Winery and as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym. Prior military service includes four years as a CI/HUMINT Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University San Marcos and is Level 2 Certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
