Troy Shadoin

Troy Shadoin is currently the Chief Accounting Officer at Chanticleer Holdings. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Controller at AIR T, INC. from September 2017 to December 2018. From August 2015 to August 2018, they were a Senior Audit Manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP, responsible for managing up to 35 clients with gross billings over $1.5 million and approximately 8,000 production hours. Troy has also worked in the life sciences/technology, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations industries.

Troy Shadoin has a Master's Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and a BSBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Troy is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of North Carolina.

Troy Shadoin reports to Michael D. Pruitt, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Steve Hoelscher - Chief Financial Officer, Rich Adams - President, American Roadside Burgers, Inc., and Fred Glick - President.
