Caroline Leblanc C.R.H.A. has over 18 years of experience in various HR roles. Caroline currently serves as the Talent Director at Davie Canada Yard, where they lead the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions. Caroline develops and executes talent acquisition strategies and identifies recruitment needs.

Prior to their current role, Caroline worked as the Senior Sales, HR, and Administration Director at Colabor, a public company listed on the stock market. Caroline was responsible for supervising the HR team and administration, and they served on the management committee.

Caroline also has experience as the Corporate Human Resources and Talent Development Director at Meubles South Shore, where they structured the HR team and implemented work tools tailored to the cultural reality of the company's three business units.

Caroline Leblanc C.R.H.A. obtained a degree in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval in 2001. Prior to that, they participated in a student exchange program in Paraguay at Collegio Santa Clara in 1995-1996 during their secondary education.
