Craig Carlozzi

Mr. Carlozzi serves as the director of Alternatives at Longfellow Investment Management Co as well as the portfolio manager for LIM’s Credit Opportunities Strategy and co-portfolio manager for LIM's Multi-Strat Strategy. Prior to joining Longfellow Investment Management in 2019, Craig founded BulwarkBay Investment Group, LLC, a firm managing a credit opportunities strategy that invested primarily in non-investment grade and distressed bonds, loans, and credit-related assets in both long and short positions. Craig also held positions as managing director and partner at MAST Capital Management, LLC, an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate Investment Bank. Craig is on the board of directors of US Shale Solutions, LLC and Millstreet Capital Acquisition Corp. He received his B.S. in Finance, with honors, from Miami University and is a CFA charter holder.
